Refund Policy

Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund, the product must be returned in its original, unopened, unused condition, and in its original packaging. Refunds will not be issued for products that have been opened, used, damaged, or are missing original packaging.

Atlantic Trading Enterprises reserves the right to refuse refunds if these conditions are not met.


Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. For card or digital payments, refunds will be issued to the same account.

Refund processing time may take between 10 to 45 working days, depending on the payment method and the issuing bank or payment provider.


Return Policy

We accept returns within 7 days of order delivery, strictly in cases where the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

To qualify for a return, the item must remain sealed, unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. Customers must notify our customer support team before returning any product.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will proceed with a replacement or refund where applicable.

Return shipments must be sent using a registered courier service. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Atlantic Trading Enterprises reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the stated requirements.


Cancellation Policy

Order cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 hours of placing the order. Requests made after this period may not be eligible for cancellation or refund.

Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled.
